Description and Requirements

About the role

The Transformation and Operations plays a key role in driving the success of all IT projects, data integration and business operations of ecommerce Business in the India. .

The incumbent needs to possess strong expertise of the Project and stakeholders management at mid and Senior level. This role will also be managing Ecommerce operations team to drive business analytics and data integration.

The key areas of responsibilities include :-

・Understand the importance of Annual IT projects management, timelines and ability to pick up new projects during the year to support business. Person will require working with the Ecomm Director, peer team members within direct team, peer segment team and AP/WW Team.

・eCommerce Transformation and operations focus are as follows

Transformation

  1. Identifying the key IT projects needed to drive business growth and improve Customer experience.

  2. Lay down timelines for each IT project and drive sign off with relevant stakeholders in WW on project competition.

  3. Understand the cost of each project, effort needed and drive approvals with finance.

  4. Monitor the progress the each project and cascade progress the key stakeholders.

  5. Understand the IT & Business projects rolled out by WW and impact of the same on India Ecommerce business.

  6. Phase out the implementation of WW projects in India with minimal business interruption during the implementation stage.

  7. Work with India Ecommerce team members to understand the new business opportunities/affiliate tie ups and drive API integration with tighter deadlines.

  8. Work closely with Payment Gateway to improve Customer experience and identify opportunity to reduce cost.

Business Operations

  1. Lead the operations team of 5-6 resources to improve accuracy of Data reporting to help drive effective business decisions.

  2. Digitize the data management with WW team.

  3. Work closely with WW analytics to drive accuracy of DG and business reports.

  4. Drive data readiness for weekly/monthly reviews.

  5. Trend analysis of Consumer buying behavior/demographics and implement newest ways of site management.

  6. Ability to read and analyze site search trends, page performance.

  1. Excellent communication skills and good command over English language.
