Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Admin Support for a project which sits within Nespresso Function. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely submission of all Nespresso invoices to the government portal monthly. Additionally, the role will provide operational support to the E-Tax Invoice Project Leader. This is a temporary position with a focus on transactional tasks and requires strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

A day in the life of a Temporary Admin Support

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all Nespresso invoices to the government portal monthly.

  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of invoice data before submission.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary invoice information and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for all invoices and related documentation.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to invoice submissions.

  • Provide operational support to the E-Tax Invoice Project Leader as required.

  • Assist in the implementation and testing of new processes and systems related to invoice submission.

  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines related to invoice submission and taxation.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the E-Tax Invoice Project Leader.

What will make you successful?

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economic or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a transactional or finance-related environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of data.

  • Proficient in using computer software and applications, including MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and government portal systems.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with tax regulations and invoice submission processes is preferred.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle.
